OUR PRODUCTION

IDEAS AND DESIGN

Experience and creativity of our staff, desire for innovation and love for what we do are the keys that lead us through the path of continuous projecting of new chains and sterling silver jewelry to be offered to our customers.
That's why pure silver in grains, through different production processes, turns into chains and the semi-finished product becomes a jewel ready to wear.

MANUFACTURING AND PRODUCTION

This is the real heart of our Factory with a number of chain manufacturing machines that are increasing constantly and are supervised by a team of specialized technicians.
The goods produced are soldered at all joints using automated conveyorised ovens; this process also includes hammering and diamond cutting, which allow new design shapes to be created.

FINISHING AND DELIVERY

An entire manufacturing unit is dedicated to the final stage of processing, in which bracelet or necklace clasps are soldered. Electroplating treatment is the last phase in the production cycle; the typical “colouring” of silver takes place here via an electrolytic process. The treatment also can help preserve the shine of the product much longer than a non-treated product. Silver chains and jewels, after a careful quality control of our staff, are ready to be distributed.
